What counts as a user? +
Every person with a login counts once - owners, admins, and employees. A person who belongs to two departments is still one user.
How is the price worked out? +
Each core module has a per-user monthly rate. Add up the modules you pick, multiply by your team size, and that is your monthly price. Add-ons are a flat yearly fee per company (Support/Tickets is per agent), paid upfront. The picker above does the sum for you.
Can we add or remove modules later? +
Yes. Tell us and we switch modules on or off for your workspace. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle and nothing in your workspace is lost.
Do we need to pay for setup or migration? +
No. We move your existing data and configure your workflows for you at no cost.
What happens to our data if we cancel? +
You can export your records in full at any point, during or after your subscription. Your data stays yours.
Do you offer annual billing? +
Yes, switch the toggle in the picker. Annual billing of the core modules works out at two months free. Add-ons are always billed yearly, upfront.
